Frances Walker pleads innocent to murdering N.W. side landlady

Sandra Kolalou, 36, who was served with an eviction notice by her landlord, is accused of dismembering and killing Frances Walker, 69, in October, who owned a boarding house on the northwest side. She pleaded not  guilty to dismembering a human body,  robbery, aggravated battery, and homicidal death. Walker was reported missing October 10, and police were told by a resident that Kolalou brought a huge plastic bag to a tow truck. After officers were allowed to search her home, Kolalou dumped the bag into a trash can at Foster Beach , being driven there by a tow truck; she pulled a knife on him when he wouldn't drive her further,  was arrested, and officers later found blood on two knives in her room, with Walker's remains in a freezer.
